My father was a really good home cook, meaning that he made delicious meals with the food that was already in the fridge. I like to think that these things are passed through genetics (ha!) and I have the same knack for blind cooking that he did. I am not boasting my knife skills, or how well I can prepare a reduction. It’s still a learning process for me and the curve is set pretty high; however, I have never had any complains with the food I served to anyone, and if anything, got quite the praise for my dishes (toot toot).

Another big thing is so many of my friends and family makes these awesome dishes that I’m so proud to share through my blog. It’s like one big collective cook book! Things are starting off really slow but will jump off as time goes by. So, enjoy my pitiful list now, but keep coming back to see the evolution of recipes. 🙂
